Directions for Internal use:

1-2 capsules 3x daily or before meals.  Take capsules whole with 8 oz of water or empty contents into 8 ox of water, stir, and drink immediately or it will thicken.

Empty 1-2 capsules and mix with a binding agent to form paste. Aloe vera, caster oil, Vit E, etc.  Apply to the affected area and cover.  Repeat 2x daily.
